Product Description
This cutter has two sets, which are upper and lower knife. The middle plus bearing method saves labor when used, the wood is not black, durable, and can protect the machine.
Upper knife: The knife presses the material and rotates counterclockwise to the upper knife.
Lower knife: The material pressure knife rotates counterclockwise to the lower knife.
Alloy cutter head: fine particle cemented carbide. CNC sharpening, smooth mirror surface, high hardness, sharp and durable.

Precise made with well balanced carbide welding knife will certainly takes longer time to produce, but it works life-long and makes your production problem free.
We use International famous carbide which is double price compare with commercial knife.
Further quality control like lower melting point silver welding rather than brass welding to avoid any affection on the hardness of cutter tooth, that's why it works longer and welding point is so strong.
We use 6 wings rather than 4, it means we use more carbide tooth, it will takes 30% more cost, but certainly it will give you a perfect cutting surface and it must have a longer life than 4 head.
For heavy duty long term industry use, we strongly suggest this steel body knife, you will find the reason after use it.
